Red Cross Hostages Beheading Set

Abu Sayyaf Group Al Qeada linked extremist / terrorist is now ready to behead their captives as the ultimatum expires this day.

Abu Sayyaf commander Albader Parad threatened to behead one of the three Red Cross hostages _ who include a Swiss, an Italian and a Filipino _ at 2 p.m. Tuesday (0600 GMT) unless police and militiamen withdraw from 15 villages on Jolo Island within 24 hours, Interior Secretary Ronaldo Puno said.

"Their demands as of last night are physically impossible to comply with by anybody," Puno said at a news conference, adding they will continue to find ways to save the hostages "up to the last minute."

As recalled the extremist wants the Philippine Forces to withdraw its men from said locations of the hilly mountains of Indanan in Sulu. And now they want a total pullout of all military in the village.

Charter Change or your PDAF or even your SARO

Desperate tactics are now in the midst to have the Charter change (Cha-cha) pushed through via Constituent Assembly or Con-ass to ensure her (PGMA) of continued stay in the top political office of the land, President Arroyo believed has blessed the bribe amounting to P1 billion in congressional projects — to cover soft and hard components of their pork barrel plus cold cash of a million pesos each — in exchange for their “irreversible” vote for changes in the Constitution to usher in term extensions for all elective officials on a hold-over capacity, in preparation for a parliamentary system, opening the door for Mrs. Arroyo to run as a member of parliament.

As if the the Arroyo couple is now moving heaven and earth just to make the push for Charter Change. By withholding the SARO or the Special Allotment Release Orders (not contented of not giving the pork to those representative who really needs the money). This allegations is being confirmed by the DBM or the Department of Budget and Management through the Philippine Daily Tribune.

It is been said the "too many congressmen are not happy with the Palace's handling the situation." "and it is indeed pressuring the top leadership of the House of Representatives (Nograles) in a speedy approval of the House Resoultion in convening the Con Ass or the Constituent Assembly. Nograles actually says he is not a "lapdog" to the Palace or to GMA or even to the Arroyo's but he is an ALLY.

I HOPE THIS TRUE..."ALLIES RESPECTS EACH OTHER".

I think HR #737 will be tackled this April 13 as the House goes back in session. Therefore we must act in vigilance to protect our democracy and freedom.

The still unnumbered resolution needs only 22 more congressional endorsements to reach 197 supporters from Congress which comprises the three fourths votes passed the HR and to amend the Constitution.

I really smell something wrong here...if this House Resolution is passed by the House of Representatives via 3/4 vote then there will be A NO-EL Scenario.

This might be a Nightmare for SOME

Cesar Mancao, Michael Ray Aquino and Glenn Dumlao are former policemen of our country right? Just like the released assailant of former Senator Ninoy Aquino. And let me just tell you this, THE case of Dacer-Corbito is just another double murder case that will be left unclosed and denied of justice until this men came to the Philippines unharmed and alive, then reveals the names who are accountable and testify in court proceedings.

Another "Aquino-Galman" in the making ladies and gents. People who are still in power and still with influence can manipulate the system. So go to hell! you know who you are.

Justice Secretary Raul M. Gonzalez says and I quote "Mancao was concerned about his security if and when he returns to the Philippines to testify on the murders of publicist Salvador “Bubby” Dacer and his driver Emmanuel Corbito in 2000." and "Mancao wanted to serve as state witness in the case and be cleared of all charges."

See, why did Cesar Mancao is afraid to testify in this heinous crime? It is because BIG MEN in Philippine Politics wants to eradicate this BIG MOUTHED son of a gun. Maybe, he is under the "brothers' keepers code" of their society of some kind.

Good luck to my country then.

Presidentiables for 2010 Election

Here is my independent and analytic opinion on the Presidentiables for the upcoming automated elections next year.

Intentions are now clear and they have paved the way for an expected hot election climate by December this year. As we approached the "D-Day" let us collaborate some issues for each of this "future presidents alike".

Let us Start with Francis "Chiz" Escudero. The young and the "voice of the nation" as his campaign slogan speaks. Well what can we say, he has done the Philippines become more oppositionist against this Arroyo-Regime. He is the one makes me angry with this administration and I hope that I am not the only one.

Manuel "Manny" Villar The "Mister Sipag at Tiyaga". Former Senate President ousted by his friends in the Upper House. Like Julius Ceasar hmmm... His strong diplomatic appraoch in the Senate leads to his loss of that power to govern but let us face that scenario. It is given that politics tends that to happen.

Manuel "Mar" Roxas....Bayani Fernando....Noli DeCastro.....and there is ERAP anew and even Chief Justice Puno...and El Shaddai Leader Mike Velarde....

Only people can tell...not by mere surveys and opinions. It is the people's choice.

HB 5715, the measure allocating an P11.3-billion supplemental budget for election automation, was approved Monday night with 193 affirmatives votes, one negative vote, and one abstention.

Now its the Philippine Senate will have to approved this supplemental budget for the COMELEC to start their work.

2010 Automated polls in GREAT Peril

The Commission on Elections may have to abandon its plan to fully automate the 2010 elections because of Congress’ delay in passing the P11.3-billion automation budget has compromised election preparations, according to Comelec Chair Jose Melo.

“We are really pressed for time. We are toying with the idea that it won’t be full capacity. Maybe we will automate 50 percent, not nationwide,” he said.

What is wrong really with the automated polls this coming national and local elections this coming year of 2010? Are the congressmen afraid that there will be no fraud in their districts?

The Congress should act upon this calling of not only the COMELEC but of the Filipino people as well. They only have 3 days do so or the election in our country will be as traditional as ever "manually" full of frauds.
